WMS Map Viewer is an HTML5 / Javascript web application. This application is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but it is licensed "as is" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AT ALL; without even the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The end user acknowledges that the application may not be free from defect and its operation may not be satisfactory. In no event shall the developer be liable for any undesired operation of this application. Also the developer is not responsible for any loss of data that may occur from undesired operation of this application. The end user of this application assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of this application. The application enables users to produce map data and webside related code. The end user also assumes all responsibility for accessing public WMS services according to the terms and conditions that they specify and for the use of the files produced by the application.

You are granted a limited license of this application. The application is distributed to the end users by hosting services authorized by the developer under the terms of use of each service. The application may not be distributed by unauthorised services or modified without permission.

Privacy statement

This web application uses cookies to collect anonymous data for statistical reasons and advertisement display. Collected data for statistical reasons are not connected in anyway to user identities or to any third-party service; they are anonymous and they regard the frequence of use of the service.
If you care to stop anonymous data collection you may disable cookies in your browser or enable tracking protection. Moreover, in Firefox you may activate private browsing and in Chrome open the app in incognito windows. The functionality of the application will not be affected by any of these actions; only anonymous data collection and advertisement display will be affected.

About advertisement display

In the application interface there are advertisements projected by the advertisement services of Google. The content of the advertisements is responsibility of the advertisement services which may use device identifiers to personalise content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyse user traffic. Google may share such identifiers and other information from the user's device with social media, advertising and analytics partners. More details on Google. The desktop version of the application creates links to the Street View service of Google map. Street View and Google maps are registered trademarks of Google Inc. and they are provided under these terms of service . WMS Map Viewer does not integrate or embed in any way the Street View or Google maps service. This application only provides links to the users so they may open Street View website in specific locations of their choice.
